FUNDAY AT THE WESTON PLAYHOUSE
(Weston, VT) --- The
farm animals are putting on a play at the Weston Playhouse
Theatre Company’s free Family FunDay at the Weston
Playhouse on Sunday, May 18th from 2-4pm. Visit a petting
zoo, enjoy performances by students from Floodbrook
and Cavendish Town Elementary Schools, and learn more
about the Weston Playhouse Theatre Co.’s upcoming
young audience’s production of Click,
Clack, Moo: Cows That Type, a fun-filled
musical based on the popular children’s book by
Doreen Cronin and Betsy Lewin.
The WPTC Family FunDay features local farmers and their
farm animals, and a cast of make-believe animals created
by students in the Early Stages Program, who will be
performing their own adaptations of Click,
Clack, Moo: Cows That Type and Duck
For President. The petting zoo opens at
2pm, performances begin at 3pm, and books and snacks
will be available afterwards.
Part of the WPTC Stage Door Series, this free event
is co-sponsored by the Northshire Bookstore, The Green
Mountain Festival Series, Philip S. Harper Foundation,
