A LOOK BACK AT THE 2011 CABARET LINE-UP:
In our special anniversary year we decided to take a fresh look at the Act IV cabaret
 
The first two Cabarets reflected our increased efforts to nurture new musicals by highlighting the work of two of New York’s most exciting and up and coming musical composers – the amazing Joe Iconis, and the celebrated Adam Guettel (writer and composer of The Light in the Piazza). The songs written by these composers were performed by Weston’s talented 2011 Young Company.
Our 3rd Cabaret (following performances of A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum) returned to tried and true classic- zany musical parodies, plently of laughs and cow jokes performed by the WPTC 2011 Young Company and MainStage cast members.
For our 4th Cabaret of the season was interrupted by the unwelcome visitor...Tropical Storm Irene. The Cabaret was to have featured favorite Weston performer, Matt Castle, entertaining à la a Broadway piano bar.
