Job Title: Box Office Manager

Work week: 6 Days, 8 - 10 hours/day
Housing included: Single room, shared kitchen
and bath in company housing
Responsibilities:
Accurate processing of phone, mail and window
ticket sales.
Providing outstanding customer service to all
WPTC patrons.
Setup, operation and maintenance of all WPTC
ticket sales locations.
Maintenance of customer and transaction records
in box office software application.
Assist Audience Services Manager in training,
supervision and scheduling of Box Office staff.
Reconciliation of all daily transactions and
cash drawer.
Preparation of daily sales and performance reports
for Managing Director.
Oversee sale of all WPTC merchandise.
Work with WPTC House Manager to assure the safe
and efficient seating of all Playhouse patrons for each
performance.
Requirements:
2 3 years of Box Office experience, including
supervisory responsibilities.
Computer fluency and/or experience with computerized
box office software.
A passion for delivering outstanding customer
service and the ability to work efficiently and gracefully
under pressure.
Experience handling money and generating reconciliation
reports.
Proficiency in managing staff members of varying
experience levels.
