Job Title: Assistant Technical Director

Position(s) available: 1
Type: Seasonal Staff
Department: Production
Reports to: Technical Director, Production Manager
Work week: 6 Days, 8 - 10 hours/day.
Housing included: Shared room, kitchen and bath in company housing

Responsibilities:
• Assist TD with engineering, construction, installation and strike of all scenic elements for 6 shows on 2 stages.
• Supervise Scene Shop staff and run crews.
• Assist TD in preparation of all necessary working drawings.

Requirements:
• Mastery of wood and metal scenic construction and fabrication techniques.
• Advanced CAD skills.
• Some rigging experience preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year professional carpentry or ATD experience or equivalent.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to motivate, manage and coordinate staff of varying skill levels.
