Full-time Director of Development 
to help position the company for an ambitious and sustainable 
future. Responsibilities include oversight of all fundraising, 
financial planning/budgeting, grant writing, donor management and 
relations. Work with board committees on development and capital 
campaign. Bachelors degree and min. 8 years experience desired.  
Must demonstrate management and leadership capabilities and 
a proven ability to set and achieve goals.

Casting
The Weston Playhouse operates under an AEA LORT D contract (MainStage) and AEA LORT Experimental Theatre contract (OtherStages) and hires for a six-show summer season. Rehearsals begin in early June and our season concludes in mid-September. We maintain a company from season to season, as possible, and with limited openings for select Equity roles and for our 7-person non-Equity Young Company. MORE INFO

Internships
The Weston Playhouse Theatre Company offers entry level positions to qualified candidates for a summer season lasting from early June to early September. Production Interns work side-by-side with Playhouse production staff, directors and top New York and regional designers. Informal discussions are scheduled with a variety of Playhouse artists. Production Interns are paid a stipend of $100 per week with housing provided.

Applicants must be at least 18 years of age and have completed at least two years of study in a qualified college theatre program or equivalent with emphasis in their particular area of interest. All candidates must display maturity and aptitude in theatre production and be willing to work long hours doing a variety of production-related tasks.
