What do I wear?
Like most of Vermont, the Playhouse doesn't prescribe formal attire. Most patrons dress in a manner best described as "sporty casual." While the Playhouse auditorium is air-conditioned it is rarely chilly. However, as seasoned visitors know, early and late summer evenings can often be quite cool and might require a sweater.

Where do I park?
There is limited parking around The Green adjacent to the Playhouse and in the Mill Lot immediately to the North. On busy evenings, additional parking can be found behind the Vermont Country Store, about a two block stroll from the Playhouse.

How can I be reached in an emergency?
Cellular phones and pagers rarely work in our valley and their use is discouraged inside the Playhouse. Our Box Office phone line is answered up until intermission on show nights, 802.824.5288. Otherwise, the House Manager can be contacted in an emergency by paging 802.824.1073

What if I can't use my tickets?

Your Playhouse tickets are non-refundable. Up to 48 hours prior to your performance your tickets can be exchanged for another performance by calling the Box Office at 802.824.5288 (a $3 per ticket charge applies for non-subscribers). If your plans change after the 48 hour deadline, you can donate your tickets back to the Playhouse (and receive a tax-deductible donation acknowledgement) by calling the Box Office up to 1 hour prior to performance.
