Staff positions, internships, and volunteer opportunities at Weston are inspired by a combination of creative excellence and Vermont values.
Weston is the oldest professional theatre in the State of Vermont, and thirteenth oldest in the nation. Located in the picturesque village of Weston, the Company produces a robust summer schedule of blockbuster musicals, classic plays, and groundbreaking new works on two stages. In addition to a dynamic education and outreach program, Weston built a second stage, Weston Playhouse at Walker Farm. The development of this venue allows the Company to produce its regular schedule of summer works on the Playhouse stage while extending its new works programs year-round. Weston is an equal opportunity employer with opportunities for theatre artists, technicians, administrators, young theatre professionals, and community volunteers. "Working at Weston is not only an incredible work opportunity, but an opportunity to form a family of artists for life. I wouldn't trade my two years at the Weston Playhouse for the world." - Drewe Goldstein, Education Intern 2018, Education Fellow 2019
