With a detailed approach to organization, the General Manager will build upon current business practices, enhance regular financial monitoring and reporting, promote a spirit of team play, and be an ally to the Executive Artistic Director in realizing visionary plans for the theatre.

Director of Marketing and Communications
Reporting to the Executive Artistic Director, the Director of Marketing & Communications is responsible for developing and carrying out all strategic marketing, branding, advertising, and communications efforts in support of Weston’s mission and programs. This energized and creative individual will conceive and drive marketing initiatives that effectively promote Weston’s productions and programming with the aim of achieving all earned income goals, bring greater market awareness of the theatre’s growing level of activity, and support and advance the spirit of welcome that is at the heart of Weston’s community and artistic culture.
Seasonal Staff Employment
The Weston Playhouse Theatre Company is looking for part time House Managers to support the Box Office staff during performances at the new Weston Playhouse at Walker Farm for our 2018 Fall Foliage Production, Two Trains Running. Duties include overseeing front of house operations including the opening and closing of buildings, managing volunteer ushers, overseeing concessions and ensuring the timely seating and safety of all patrons before, during, and after the performance. House Managers will be trained and certified in First Aid and CPR if needed.
