A mindful, well-rounded alignment-based yoga practice may include: breath awareness, seated and standing yoga poses (asanas), some gentle inversions, restorative poses, and savasana (final relaxation). For the final 10-15 minutes of class, we'll sit in meditation, either in a chair or on a cushion. An ideal way to welcome the day!
This will be a general level practice, designed to accommodate those with varied experience. Pre-registration for the full series is recommended. Once the minimum is met, drop-ins are welcome. In case of inclement weather, classes will be rescheduled.
