Ushers

Essential in assisting with the smooth and safe operation of our theater before, during, and after shows. Our ushers help patrons find their seats, access digital show programs, and ensure the safety of all guests.

Weston-area students can earn community service hours, gain work experience, and see our shows at no charge through the Weston Student Usher program.

Staff Appreciation Events

Bring joy and a sense of community to our seasonal tech staff and learn what goes on behind the scenes of putting on a show. Contact us directly and we can help you figure out the best way to contribute. Some ideas include: Delivering snacks/food to one of our shop teams (Costumes, Scenery, Paints, Electrics, etc…); hosting an event (BBQ, swimming, paddling, hiking, etc…) CONTACT US ABOUT STAFF APPRECIATION

Tech Dinners

The Tuesday before a show’s opening is the first time the actors are in the theater with sets and in costume. Help provide a buffet-style meal for cast and crew and stick around for dinner and tech rehearsal.

Welcome Bags

CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE
Given to cast and crew on the first day of rehearsals, they are very popular and much-loved by our visiting artists. Containing donated items and local goodies from around the area, this is a fun way to make our casts feel welcomed on their first day in Weston.

Donated items are now being accepted, and scheduled for drop-off during the third week in May.
